Yesterday, at the Riinvest Institute, we held the training “Gender-Sensitive Family Policies and Family-Friendly Workplaces”, organized as part of the project “More Choices – Phase II”, supported by UNFPA.

The training was facilitated by experts Ms. Era Jashari and Ms. Dea Pallaska, who led an interactive and practical session on how both the public and private sectors can develop gender-sensitive policies that contribute to employee well-being and increased productivity.

The training gathered representatives from civil society, the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce (OEK), and members of the CSR Network Kosova, who brought valuable perspectives and actively engaged in discussions.
